Toddler Exploratory has a mission to provide children with a safe and joyful environment where they can develop lifelong skills through their interaction with soft play. Soft play aids and encourages motor development as children work on activities such as stepping, climbing, crawling, jumping and rolling.

Both! As long as the weather permits, we will set up outside for any event. If there is a chance of rain the day of your event we ask that you please have an alternate location where the equipment can be set up such as a garage, or a large space indoors. Deposits are nonrefundable for weather related cancellations, you may however, use your deposit as credit to reschedule your rental for a future date within the next year and we will work with you to rebook upon availability on our schedule. Once we has fully set up all equipment and your event time has started, a refund WILL NOT be issued. There is a $25 cleaning fee when we set up outdoors. We also ask that you keep the equipment in a shaded area where the equipment won’t get too hot for our babies. We do not set up over uneven surfaces to ensure the safety of the children playing. Set ups on grass, sand, gravel or dirt will inquire an additional fee.
Our equipment is cleaned thoroughly after every event.
Our soft play equipment is designed for ages 0-5. Our ball pits are fun for all ages.

Each rental is 4 hours long additional time can be purchased at 50.00 per hour.
Deposits are 50% of the total price. This amount will secure your date and will also be deducted from your balance. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your event date. Please note that dates WILL NOT be reserved until a deposit is paid
We do understand things happen and plans may change. For any reason you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation, please be sure to contact us as soon as possible at info@toddlerexploratory.com or call Tiffany at 281-633-6916 or Jermaine at 281-997-8854. Cancellations 7 business days or more prior to the event date will receive a full refund of deposit. Cancellations less than 7 business days prior to event date will result in the loss of your deposit. If you do not receive a response via email within 24 hours, please call or text us at the numbers above. Changes can be made at least 3 business days prior to your event so that we may prepare accordingly.

About us
Toddler Exploratory Soft Play was started by 2 friends Tiffany Harrison and Jermain Berry who have known each other since elementary. Having children of our own and with Tiffany currently working in the education field, we acknowledge the importance of safety and having a play area that is sanitized thoroughly after each event.
We service Houston, TX and the surrounding areas. We will travel outside the Houston area for an additional cost.
